Our primary goal is for all our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchases.

If, however, one of our customers wishes to change or return a product, he has the right to do so within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of they recieve the product.

Product changes are made with any product of equal or greater value. It is also possible to exchange the product with any other from our online store.

Specifically, if you need to return a product, you must first contact us for the process. You can do this by phone or electronically at We will notify you by e-mail of your return as soon as we receive and process the returned product.

If more than one product is returned from the same order, then all must be shipped at the same time.


Changes and returns are accepted ONLY within 14 days from the date of receipt. The products must be in excellent condition, not used, modified or damaged. The identification card together with all the fabric labels of the designer should be attached to the product, together with all the documents that accompanied it (eg Retail Receipt - TDA etc).

The customer is obliged to try the product purchased without removing the labeling or tag, otherwise it is considered that the product is not in the same condition in which it was delivered and is not accepted.

The customer is responsible for any impairment of the products as a result of such treatment that alters their nature, characteristics and functionality.

Products tailored to the customer's needs, which have been personalized and manufactured according to the specifications set by the customer himself, can not be returned.

In case of return of shoes, it is not allowed to stick labels and packing tapes on the packing box. If the returned product boxes are damaged, the return is not accepted.

Therefore, you need to take proper care of the products while they are in your possession. Please return the products using or including their original packaging, instructions, any other documents that may accompany the products and other accessories.

In any case, you must return the products together with the receipt you received upon delivery.

If all the above conditions are met, our store is obliged to replace the product with any other item desired by the customer.

In case of higher value, the difference is charged to the customer.

Returns of products are made at the current price of each item on the date of receipt at the store by the partner courier.

If you replace the returned product with another size or another product, shipping for the first change is free. (Not valid for shipments in Cyprus and abroad). A condition for not incurring the shipping costs in the first change, is the return to be made with the cooperating courier company: SPEEDEX COURIER.

From the second change onwards, the customer is charged with the amount of € 4.90. (€ 2.00 shipping costs + € 2.00 return costs + 0.90 for cash on delivery).

If you choose not to use any of the available free refund methods, you will incur a refund. Please note that if you wish to return the goods to us in any other way, we have the right to charge you for any direct costs that we may incur in order to receive the products in this way.


Defective products are those that have been damaged upon receipt or that show a manufacturing error within one (1) month from the date of purchase.

Products that are damaged due to use and wear are not considered defective.

All products with obvious manufacturing defects will be replaced with the same product, if available, otherwise the customer can choose any other item.

In the event that you consider that the product you ordered does not comply, at the time of delivery, with the terms of the Contract, or that it has a material defect, you should contact us immediately, describing in detail the product and its defect and give you instructions for further action.

However, the store reserves the right, in case of controversial complaints, to return the products to the manufacturer for inspection, in order to clarify whether the complaint is real. The user will be informed of the progress of his complaint. Where possible, the store will repair the defective product.

You can return the product by delivering it to the courier company that we will send to your address. You must return the product together with the receipt you received upon delivery of the product.

Upon return and new shipment of defective products, the customer is not charged any shipping costs.

If there is a difference in the price of the new item, it is borne by the customer.

We will carefully review the returned product and notify you via email within a reasonable time if you are entitled to a product correction or replacement with another product.


If the customer is not satisfied with his order he has the right to return the product he bought from our online store, exercising the right of withdrawal (only if the product meets the conditions for return) and request its return within 14 days from the day of receipt of the product. The store refunds within 14 days of receiving the cancellation request. Shipping costs of the returned product are paid by the customer. During the discount period, the refund is made at the price at which the product was purchased. The refund is valid only for the online store and not for the physical stores.

If the method of payment was cash on delivery or bank deposit must state the following:
